The Interview System
Before the interview: The OS ships with an intel database of 250+ companies. If your target company is in the database, your prep is pre-loaded: interview format, common questions by round, what they screen for, comp data. For companies not in the database, Claude builds the package from web research in real time.
Mock interviews: Claude plays the interviewer. Answer out loud using dictation for the most realistic practice. It grades on three criteria: structure (organized, under 2 minutes), specificity (real metrics, not "improved revenue significantly"), and skill demonstration (did you prove the PM skill being tested).
After a real interview: Drop your transcript in. Every question categorized, every answer scored. For weak moments, Claude writes specific rewrites using your experience library. Your interview history auto-updates so each interview makes the next one sharper.

Can I use this without Cowork?
Yes. All 18 skills run in Claude Code standalone. You lose the automated morning briefing, but every skill works on its own.
I'm not a PM. Does this work for me?
